3 Pro Secrets for Getting Superior Results from Micro Needling and Derma Rolling - Part 3

Tada! You did it!

You prepared for and got your Micro Needling clinical procedure or did a home Derma Rolling treatment to your face, neck and possibly even your body. Good on ya.

FYI: Caring for your Entire Body’s Skin is especially good if you’re losing weight.

No time to slack off...because now is where it all comes together for your future payoff. Time for the Six (6) Day Sprint to your post-healing finish.

You’re playing the long game for younger, firmer, more resistant and elastic skin.

And by stimulating your skin’s incremental improvement (Ex. Monthly) you’re continuously building upon this improvement and laying the foundation for your long-term strategy of firmer, supple, younger-looking skin.

Immediately - Post Microneedling and Derma Rolling

For the next 4 - 6 days after your treatment keep your nutritional, topical and lifestyle supports on target. Your optimal healing response accumulates into long-term skin improvement.

Day 0 - 4

The Inflammatory Stage: Up to Four Days

The use of hydrating agents, antioxidants (topically and nutritionally) and sun protection is vital.

At this stage, this carefully intended Injury causes platelet release to clot any bleeding.

This carefully intended Injury causes platelet release to clot any bleeding. An initial inflammation cascade of chemical responses immediately stimulates your Immune cells to fight off potential bacteria and get to work.

NOTE: If you're on blood thinners, PLEASE...consult your physician before undertaking this type of treatment.

  8. Do Not use saunas or hot tubs during this window of time.
  9. Keep Up Your Nutritional Support of Wound Healing
  10. Daily Use of Joovv Red LED Light in the 660 - 630 nm Wavelength. Just 10 minutes a day, at 6 inches away from this LED, will promote a strong anti-inflammatory healing cascade. Good stuff!
  11. In my last email I outlined the nutritional recommendations by The University of Pennsylvania’s Jung Kim, RD CNSD, LDN and Tricia Stefankiewicz, MA, RD, CNSC, LDN on Wound Healing: Clinical Nutrition Support.

While I don’t provide any nutritional recommendations, me not being a Licensed Nutritionist or MD, you can review this excellent pdf outlining a comprehensive list of nutritional needs for optimal wound healing.

Day 5 - 42

The Proliferative Phase: Up to 42 Days After Injury

Lots of things are being triggered to initiate remodeling in your skin. Collagen III is what is initially knitting together your healing. This is like the 1st band aid which will later mature into stronger, younger-looking, more elastic skin as the results of your treatment show up.

Angiogenesis aids in the formation of blood vessels and oxygen supply. Growth factors are released from fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and monocytes. The continued use of hydrating agents, antioxidants, and sun protection is still necessary. Stem cells, peptides, or growth factors can likewise be introduced.

  1. AM and PM use Expürtise Effective Anti-Aging Ultra Purifying Cleanser.
  2. Daily Apply Photozyme Youth Recovery.
  3. Apply Use Skin Recovery Science C2S Skin Balancing Serum and follow with Tizo Ultra Zinc Body and Face Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 40.
  4. Reapply Tizo Ultra Zinc Body and Face Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 40 every 40 minutes you’re directly in the sun, and right over your makeup throughout the day. This is how the Koreans do it.
  5. Spritz On 2 - 4x Daily NeoGenesis Moisturizing Mist right over your makeup and sunscreen.
  6. Apply Nightly NeoGenesis Recovery Serum with 70% S²RM® over your gently cleansed skin.
  7. Nightly Apply NeoGenesis Intensive Moisturizer or Photozyme GFS Plus Night Serum over your NeoGenesis Recovery Serum.
  8. While outside or during sports, DEFINITELY USE an Tizo Mineral Non-Tinted SPF 40.  Consider keeping up your Wound Healing nutritional support...especially if you’re going to adopt a monthly improvement regimen.
  9. 2 - 3 x Weekly use the Joovv Red LED Light in the 660 - 630 nm Wavelength. Just 10 minutes at 6 inches away from this Red LED will promote a strong anti-inflammatory healing cascade. 2 - 3x weekly is a great maintenance schedule.

Day 43 and Onward (up to 2 years)

Skin tissue remodels itself in an organized fashion and Collagen III (the initial, younger, fresh collagen present in wound healing) turns into Collagen I (tougher, longer-lasting collagen), and the skin is tightened. The use of home care products including antioxidants, sunscreens, and moisturizers will help continue to enhance and maintain results.

And if you’ve decided a monthly recurring effort is your systematic approach to younger skin, check out my blog posts on Revival Cleanse to review these lat three emails and future breakthroughs.
